He could have explained what kind of maintenance, if any, that I could perform to extend the life of the springs. He could have left information on what kind of springs were installed.

Billing confusion. I was told 1. That the $30 diagnostic fee would come off the bill. If replacing the rollers was $155 then 30 less would total $125. The tune up charge was 69. So the phone wuote was 59+125= $184 and 2. Was told that the tune up was $59 but was charged $69. I was billed $224

Better communication from the office when the technician is running behind would be helpful. My technician showed up at 5pm. When they finally arrived, they were very professional and knowledgeable about garage doors. I would welcome them back in the future for maintenance or installation of a new door. However, I did not care for your office staff and they lack of customer service. Thank you

I really think that bill was way to much.I had I stalled new door springs with the help of a friend but tube door didn't. want to open .that's why I called sears so the man that came to my house spent about 15 minutes working all that be did was remove the new springs saying they were the wrong springs and put the old springs back on that's all he did .

The technician installed new hardware - rollers, springs to garage door. For a short while, the door was really easy to open and close. NOW, it is impossible to Open. There is a hard shift to one side. I have to manually shift the door to one side, then I have to forceably lift to free the door. I can't understand why this is happening.

Good response time and service; Question - I googled to find the Sears Garage Door repair phone number. During the conversation, I was unsure if this was "Sears" or a "contractor service" or other service. I had to ask if this repair person was coming from "Sears" or an independent repair. I was concerned until the service man arrived in a sears truck wearing Sears apparel. You might want the process to be more clearly identified as Sears.

The low rating on the CS is due to the fact that inwas out of town and my wife called because the garage door wouldn't open. We had repairs to the only other exit, and the CS said because it could be opened manually, it was no emergency. She was stuck in the house for over Sixteen hours. No emergency crew came out. Steve, a tech who came out the first time, fixed the door. It is not his fault CS took their sweet time to help a 45 year customer. I commend Steve. I do NOT have anything good to say about CS
